Hello everyone I am Rosette Sullivan with my husband Neal A Sullivan of 25 years, and we are happy to say Beaufort South Carolina is are forever home. With more than 30 years in the luxury travel industry, my expertise wasn’t shaped by brochures — it was built by living in some of the world’s most sought‑after coastal destinations. From the crystal clear waters of the Northside of St. Thomas to a hillside in Fish Bay on St. John where our daughter was born in a 3 room shack, with a view of Reef Bay in the distance, to the vibrant culture of Puerto Aventuras in Mexico.
Then off to the refined shores of Edgartown on Martha’s Vineyard, and now here in Beaufort SC (The Lowcountry). I’ve spent over three decades understanding high‑end travel from the inside out.
